Best-Tronics Mfg., Inc. is a family owned and operated company. Our focus is putting our customer's safety and health as priority one! We are taking/have taken an abundance of precautionary measures at our facility to help prevent and slow the outbreak of COVID-19. The virus is something we take very seriously.

We will remain open for manufacturing and shipping products. We have a somewhat limited staff, therefore, the following services will be limited/not available:

• Customer Pickup: not available
• Contact Us: We ask that you PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CALLING. The best way to get a hold of us is via email to info@btpa.com. Any technical questions or product questions need to be emailed. Order status questions are preferred to be emailed, but may also be handled on the phone. The best practice is to just email us if you need to contact us.
• Order Lead-Times: 
  • Stock Item/Bulk Orders: Adhere to our typical practices of 1-2 business days lead-time, potentially 3 days at worst.
  • Assembly Orders: All of our cables are custom, built to order. Our lead-times are going to be slightly longer than our current 3-5 business days (we are projecting at about 7-10 business days for production) right now.
